Application

Application Procedure
  • Prepare steel surfaces by abrasive blasting or prepare concrete substrates according to project requirements.
  • Apply the recommended primer to improve adhesion.
  • Reinforce welds, corners, joints, and critical areas.
  • Spray the polyurea coating using high-pressure plural-component equipment.
  • Inspect coating continuity, thickness, and repair defects if necessary.
  • Complete final inspection before placing the coated structure into service.

Transportation & Storage
Transport in tightly sealed containers and protect the product from direct sunlight, rain, impact, and physical damage. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse at 5℃–35℃, away from heat, ignition sources, and strong oxidizing agents. Shelf life is 12 months in unopened packaging.
