Application Procedure
  • Prepare a clean, dry, and structurally sound substrate.
  • Apply the recommended primer according to the substrate type.
  • Reinforce corners, joints, cracks, and penetrations where required.
  • Spray the polyurea coating using professional high-pressure plural-component equipment to the specified thickness.
  • Inspect coating thickness, continuity, and surface quality, repairing defects if necessary.
  • Perform final inspection after curing before placing the system into service.
