Application
Suitable for industrial plants, bridges, parking structures, tunnels, wastewater treatment facilities, reservoirs, basements, logistics centers, stadiums, and other concrete structures requiring polyurea protection. Applied after the primer and before the polyurea topcoat to repair and level the substrate.
Application Procedure
  • Inspect and prepare the concrete substrate by removing dust, laitance, oil, and loose particles.
  • Apply the designated polyurea primer and allow it to reach the recommended recoat condition.
  • Mix Components A and B thoroughly according to the specified ratio.
  • Fill cracks, voids, and surface defects while leveling the substrate with a trowel.
  • Sand the repaired surface after curing and remove all dust.
  • Apply the polyurea topcoat or compatible protective coating system.

Protect the product from impact, direct sunlight, and rain during transportation. Store in tightly sealed containers in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse at 5℃–35℃, away from heat, open flames, and oxidizing agents. The unopened product has a shelf life of 12 months.
