Product Description

YSROOM Epoxy Anti-Static Self-Leveling Floor Coating is a premium two-component epoxy flooring system designed for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. It provides excellent self-leveling performance, wear resistance, and controlled electrical conductivity, helping protect sensitive equipment while maintaining a seamless and durable floor finish.

It is ideal for electronics manufacturing, semiconductor plants, clean rooms, laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities, and data centers.

Application

Application Procedure
  • Prepare a clean, dry, and structurally sound concrete substrate.
  • Apply epoxy primer to seal the substrate and improve adhesion.
  • Install conductive copper foil according to the flooring design and connect it to the grounding system.
  • Apply and level the epoxy intermediate coat, followed by sanding and cleaning.
  • Mix Components A and B thoroughly, apply with a self-leveling trowel, and remove trapped air using a spiked roller.
  • Allow the coating to cure completely before testing electrical resistance and placing the floor into service.

Transportation & Storage
Protect the product from direct sunlight, rain, heavy impact, and moisture during transportation. Store in tightly sealed containers in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area at 5℃–35℃. Keep away from freezing conditions and ignition sources. The unopened product has a shelf life of 12 months under recommended storage conditions.
